SolidWorks

automovil

Solid Works is a program of computer-aided design for mechanical modeling currently developed by solid Works Corp.
A subsidiary of Dassault System’s (Suresnes, France) for the Microsoft Windows operating system is a parametric solid modeler. It was introduced in the market in 1995 to compete with other CAD programs such as Pro / ENGINEER, NX, Solid Edge, CATIA and Autodesk Mechanical Desktop.

The program allows modeling parts and assemblies and to extract both flat and other information necessary for production. It is a program that works using new techniques for modeling with CAD systems.

The transfer process is the mental idea Designer CAD system, "building virtually" the part or assembly. Subsequently all withdrawals (drawings and swap files) are done fairly automated.

milling machineA milling machine is a machine tool used for machining by chip removal by moving a rotary tool multi cutting edges called fresa.1 by milling to machine different materials such as wood, steel, cast iron, metal ferrous and non-synthetic materials, flat or curved, notched, of grooves, teeth, etc.. In other machined parts may be roughened or afinadas.2 In traditional milling, the workpiece is moved to areas closer to the tool machine, allowing to obtain different shapes from flat surfaces to more complex.
Invented in the early nineteenth century, the mills have become basic machines in the machining industry. With the addition of numerical control machine tools are more versatile for a variety of machining operations can be performed and the flexibility allowed in the manufacturing process. The diversity of mechanical processes and increased global competition have led to a wide variety of milling machines that, although they have a common basis, differ significantly by industry which utilicen.3 also design of technical and quality that have been made in the milling tools have made possible the use of very high cutting parameters, leading to a drastic reduction in machining times.
Due to the variety of machining operations that can be performed in the current milling, the large number of different machines together, both in power and in its technical characteristics, diversity of accessories used and the need to meet stringent quality specifications, the use of milling requires qualified technicians either developer, trainer or fresador.4
The use of these machines with moving parts and sharp and toxic liquids for cooling and lubrication of the court, requires working conditions that preserve the safety and health of workers and to prevent damage to the equipment, facilities and or semi-finished products.
